Alysha joined Bridport Swim School in November, bringing enthusiasm and extensive experience. She began her swimming career at 19 as a swimming assistant and returned to teaching after the birth of her daughter, Coco, now 4, who confidently swims in Stage 3.

Originally from Devon, Alysha moved to the area during Covid and founded the Bridport Blue Tits to support people sea swimming, which she still attends. An open water swimming coach, Alysha specialises in building strong pool-based foundations for sea swimming, helping swimmers adapt to open water conditions and prepare for races, triathlons, and events.
