SEN Swimming Sessions

 

Inclusive Swimming – Where Every Child Shines

Does your child have additional needs and love the water?
Our Children’s SEN Swimming Sessions are specially designed to provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment where every child can thrive.

What we offer:

  • Small class sizes for individual attention
  • Experienced, caring instructors trained in SEN support
  • A calm, structured, and sensory-friendly atmosphere
  • Focus on water confidence, safety, and fun
  • Sessions tailored to your child’s pace and ability
  • In water helpers

Suitable for children of all abilities – whether they’re beginners or building on existing skills. Classes take place on Thursdays between 6pm to 7.30pm in term time only.

6pm to 6.45pm – Beginners
Learning water confidence, learning their surroundings, basic water skills.

6pm to 6.45pm – Advanced
Swimmers can swim the 4 main strokes and are building on stamina, swimming lengths.

6.45pm to 7.30pm – Intermediate
Building confidence to complete a length with aids or without, jumping in and building the 4 main strokes.

The cost is £33.50 per month payable by direct debit.

As a Swim School or Rookie Lifeguard member you will receive the following:

  • Friendly qualified staff who are all DBS checked.
  • FREE swimming all year – during public sessions.
  • FREE certificates and badges.
  • Parents Swim FREE whilst your child is in their activity.
  • Parents swim for £1 during holidays when accompanying your child during public sessions.
  • Half Price fitness suite session, whilst your child is in their activity.
  • 5% discount on swim costumes and accessories from our shop – this excludes food and drink.
  • No joining fee for siblings or extra activities.
  • Access Home Portal to check on your child’s progress.
