Customer Service Advisor – Full or Part Time
Bridport Leisure Centre provides a wide range of recreational facilities and activities to the people of West Dorset with a view to improving their quality of life. We are one of the premium leisure facilities in the area and to ensure we continue this success we are looking to recruit enthusiastic applicants into the role of Customer Services Advisor.
Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of the front desk whilst providing excellent customer care at all times. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the leisure centre. Ideally you will have previous experience of working within a busy customer service focused environment. You will be approachable and personable with exceptional communication and organisational skills, you will be a keen team player and you will want to exceed customer expectations to improve the overall experience at Bridport Leisure Centre.
Duties will include receiving payments, taking bookings, answering the telephone, operating the computerised booking system, dealing with general enquiries and other administrative tasks associated with a front desk.
Shifts Required:
We are currently recruiting to fulfil a number of shifts to commence from September, as follows:
Monday 9am to 3pm
Tuesday 4pm to 9pm
Friday 9am to 3pm & 3pm to 9pm
Saturday 8am to 2pm
Sunday 8am to 2pm
