NEW: RISE Discover Gymnastics 6-Week Course
for children ages 3 to 4 years
RISE gymnastics is a fun packed programme that provides a progressive journey through recreational gymnastics.
Discover gymnastics is a 6-week Course that will help children progress and achieve at their own pace
whilst exploring through play.
Gymnasts will develop early skills, including working together, creativity and expression through gymnastics skills.
This course is designed by British Gymnastics for pre-school children aged 3 and 4 years old,
and commences on Friday 8th November through until 13th December 2024 from 11.15am to 12pm.
The cost is £45 for the 6-week course.

RISE Gymnastics for children aged 4 to 11 years
RISE Gymnastics at Bridport Leisure Centre is a fun packed programme that provides a progressive journey through
recreational gymnastics.
This friendly course runs all year round, with term-time sessions following the British Gymnastics RISE syllabus
for all children’s ages and abilities.
As your child moves through the different levels they will develop flexibility, strength and body awareness;
as well as building confidence and ability on the equipment.
Tuesdays and Thursdays
4 to 7 years – 4pm to 4.45pm
7 to 11 years – 5pm to 5.45pm
£30 per month plus joining fee, which includes FREE swimming at weekends and during school holidays.
Includes a welcome pack with bag and water bottle
