Acro Dance

Blending dance and gymnastic moves, focusing on technique, strength, flexibility, balance and agility.

A combination of ballet, jazz, lyrical and contemporary dance; incorporating gymnastic moves such as bridges, handstands, cartwheels, chest stands and more.

TUESDAYS

Ages 5-8 (school years 1-4)

4.30pm to 5.30pm

Ages 9 to 11 (school years 4-6)

5.30pm to 6.30pm

 

WEDNESDAYS

Ages 5-8 (school years 1-4)

4.15pm to 5.15pm

 

Acro Dance with Ally is a children’s course. The cost is £30 monthly, payable by direct debit.

As a Acro Dance activity member, you will receive the following:

  • Friendly qualified staff who are all DBS checked.
  • FREE swimming all year – during public sessions.
  • Parents Swim FREE whilst your child is in their activity.
  • Parents swim for £1 during holidays when accompanying your child during public sessions.
  • Half Price fitness suite session, whilst your child is in their activity.
  • 5% discount on swim costumes and accessories from our shop – this excludes food and drink.
  • No joining fee for siblings or extra activities.
