With 20 years in the Leisure Industry, Pete brings a wealth of experience to his teaching – from lifeguarding and managing facilities to running his own swim program. Pete thrives on the unique challenges each swimmer presents and takes pride in helping everyone. He explains: “I get as much pleasure from helping a nervy new swimmer to first let go of me and float on their own, as I do from fine tuning a competent swimmer’s technique for maximum speed or efficiency.”

A keen surfer and dedicated parent, Pete values the supportive, customer-focused atmosphere at Bridport Leisure Centre and is passionate about helping individuals grow in skill and confidence in the water.
