About The Class
Junior HIIT is a high-energy fitness class created for ages 12 to 15 who want to get fit, feel strong, and have fun. Using simple body-weight exercises, short cardio bursts, and engaging team-based challenges, the class improves fitness while boosting confidence and coordination.
With a strong focus on safety, proper technique, and positive motivation, Junior HIIT supports healthy habits, endurance, and a strong mindset in a welcoming, supportive environment.
