With each inhale and exhale, participants move through a carefully sequenced flow that encourages fluid transitions and full-body engagement. This class is ideal for those wanting a well-rounded, energising practice while still connecting with the breath and alignment in each pose.

Vinyasa Flow is a welcoming class suitable for all abilities, perfect for anyone looking to stretch, strengthen, and unwind.

Synchronise your breath with movement to create a smooth, flowing sequence that builds internal heat, promotes concentration, and deepens the mind-body connection. Vinyasa literally means 'to place in a certain way' or 'movement with breath'.

Begin with a gentle warm-up to awaken your body, followed by a flowing sequence that challenges both strength and flexibility. Expect a mix of standing asanas, balancing asanas, and core work.

While the sequences are dynamic, we emphasise proper alignment in each posture to suit your body, to maximise benefits and reduce the risk of injury. The focus is always on what feels right for you, rather than what a pose ‘should’ look like or what the ego tells you to push for.

This style works major muscle groups throughout the body, from arms and legs to core and back, making it a balanced, all-around practice.

The focus on breath and flow encourages participants to tune into the present, cultivating mental clarity even as the body moves dynamically.

Whether you're new to yoga or more experienced, Vinyasa Flow can be adapted to suit your level. Modifications and variations will be offered, so you can find your pace and build safely. Modifications can be offered around certain injuries and conditions. Please speak to instructor.
