About The Class

NEW: Core Stability class commencing Monday 3rd March 7pm to 8pm.

The core is the centre of the body and it functions to stabilise the trunk while the arms and legs move.

Working on core strength has numerous benefits, from improved posture, balance, and movement to pain management and injury prevention.

This class can help get your core back into condition after any injury in the body, as any injury involves the core.

Using gentle body weight, Kinesis and balancing exercises, this course will improve, strengthen and condition your core.

A strong core set you up for fitness and prevents injury, it is also important following injury or pregnancy.
