Our Holiday Activities


About The Activity

Parkour will introduce basic movements like jumping, climbing, and vaulting, focusing on building strength, agility, and coordination.

The classes will be held by Actualise Parkour, who foster a supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to, when ready, step outside their comfort zone, exceed their boundaries, and grow with confidence.

Participants learn to navigate obstacles safely and efficiently through structured drills and supportive instruction, fostering confidence and physical fitness in a fun, encouraging environment.

Classes include a mobilisation, an engaging warm-up game, Parkour, awe-inspiring acrobatics, and a cool down to end the session.

Tuesday 30th July

11am to 12pm - Ages 6 to 9 yrs
12.15pm to 1.15pm - Ages 10 to 15 yrs

Tuesday 13th August

11am to 12pm - Ages 6 to 9 yrs
